Anna Kvinsland, Principal

From 2003 - 2010, Anna served as the Executive Director of the Arts Council of Mendocino County, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, promoting, and advancing the arts of Mendocino County. Prior to moving to Mendocino County, Anna worked for the Public Art Program of the San Francisco Arts Commission. Most recently, Anna served as the Interim Executive Director of the Noyo Food Forest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating a healthy local food system.

 

Anna received a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Washington, and a M.A. in Arts Administration from Golden Gate University. She is a graduate of Leadership Mendocino Class XVI.

 

Anna's specialty is nonprofit administration, grantwriting, and project coordination.



Judy Kvinsland

Judy most recently served as the Vice President of College of the Redwoods Mendocino Coast Campus in Fort Bragg, CA. In addition to working at College of the Redwoods, she has thirty years of prior experience working in rural, suburban and urban community colleges. She holds a B.A. and M.A in social sciences from Pacific Lutheran University with additional studies in educational leadership at the University of Washington.

 

Judy's specialty is facilitation and grantwriting.

 

Judy has collaborated with organizations to secure a wide variety of successful grants, ranging from federal Title III and Gear Up grants, CA state Work Force grants, and has written numerous privately funded grants to enhance local community programs, capital and equipment needs.
